Olde World Tea Company is one of the latest ventures to hit Historic Downtown Smithfield. It's a retail shoppe and cafe. The retail side will satisfy all your home tea time needs and the cafe will satisfy your palate.

As soon as you enter the shoppe the scent of baked goods will hit you, it will be a combination of scones, sweet and savory tarts, teabites, bread pudding, soups, etc. the list continues to grow.

The dining area is quaint and casual welcoming to men, women, and children. Olde World Tea Co. isn't trying to be grannies tea room, it's everyone's Tea Cafe.

Theres at least 2-3 teas fresh steeped daily and you get to sample them for free. You may have your tea hot or iced and if your not into tea yet, theres also coffee.
