We are very blessed to have the Visitor Center right next door along with our wonderful Smithfield Cultural Art Center, so as soon as your refreshed and updated on all the happenings come on over and receive your free sample hot or iced tea.
Olde World Tea Company Shoppe & Cafe (open Tues-Sat) at 327 Main Street (adorable little yellow house-if I do say so myself, with a quaint garden too). Work up an appetite browsing through our shoppe or fantasizing over the pastry case.

Mother's Day Tea, Saturday, May 9th from 11:00 - 4:00 p.m. Reserve your seating today...space is limited! We've created a menu especially for Mom Please call and reserve your seating. You can have Tea Time, Lovely Mother's Day Lunch or A Simply Delicious Dessert Tea. Garden Seating will be available.
We ask that you and your entire party be present 5 mins prior to seating no tardies allowed to ensure timely service for others. Cash or Check only.
~ We have 3 farmers (Oliver Produce, Cotton Plains & Shire Farm) working with us this year and are so excited about it that we are creating a new menu for you to partake of the wonderful Spring & Summer harvest.
~ We are working on providing 2 dining styles for you and hope to have it officially by June 30th. You may have full service downstairs with our constant courteous service or casual cafe service. The Cafe Service you order your food, take it upstairs were you can use the WiFi, do your paperwork, etc. uninterrupted.

LEE EVERET - a graduate of VA Tech has moved to New York City to pursue a full time career as an artist. Tea Bag Prints-This series was created by boiling teabags and pressing them in a makeshift printing press. Their simplicity of process is mirrored by their minimal iconic compositions. Best Way to Get To The Shoppes On Main Street & Find Parking Driving Direction-From VA Beach - Take 64 West to 664 W Exit on Rt. 17 towards James River Bridge , Turn Left onto US-258/VA-32/Brewers Neck Blvd. , Turn right onto 258S Benn's Church Blvd /VA-10W. Turn right onto US258 business/Main Street. Parking lot will be on the left just past the Old Fashioned Laundry Mat.
From Richmond -Take I95 or I295 South towards Petersburg , exit onto VA-10 East towards Hopewell . Follow 10 East until you arrive at Smithfield . Turn left onto US-258 business/Main Street watch for parking sign and parking on left.
From Hampton/Yorktown - Take the James River Bridge towards Suffolk . Turn right onto US258/VA-32 ( Brewers Neck Blvd. ). Turn right onto US 258 business/Main Street
